2. Creator Accounts & Platform Authenticity
To access creator tools, write stories, or generate invoices, you must maintain an active user account. You agree to:
- Provide genuine, accurate information during registration. Operating fraudulent, deceptive, or duplicate accounts is strictly forbidden.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all actions conducted under your account.
- Verification badges (Verified Creator) are issued based on editorial compliance, audience trust, and identity authenticity, and may be revoked if guidelines are breached.
3. Intellectual Property & Publishing Standards
Creators retain full copyright ownership of all original articles, essays, and stories published on Lanvars:
- License to Lanvars: By submitting an article, you grant Lanvars a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, index, and syndicate your content across our platform and RSS feeds.
- Plagiarism Zero Tolerance: You represent that you are the author or authorized licensor of all submitted materials. Direct copying, copyright infringement, or uncredited reproduction will result in immediate article removal and account suspension.
- Prohibited Content: You may not publish hate speech, explicit illegal materials, defamatory statements, phishing links, malware, or misleading commercial spam.
4. Editorial Review & Moderation
Lanvars maintains high editorial standards to ensure premium reading quality:
- All submitted articles enter a 1-minute buffer and moderation queue before becoming live across our home dispatch.
- Editorial moderators reserve the right to review, request revisions, or unpublish stories that fail to meet formatting, grammatical, or truthfulness standards.
5. Creator Monetization & Payout Rules
Creators approved for monetization earn revenue based on genuine reader engagement:
- Attempts to artificially inflate views, claps, or reading time through bots, automated scripts, VPN proxies, or click rings will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of accrued balances.
- Earnings withdrawals are subject to administrative review, verification of payout bank details, and platform minimum balance thresholds.
6. Direct Invoicing Suite
Lanvars provides creators with a professional client invoicing tool:
- Invoices generated on Lanvars are agreements solely between the creator and their respective client.
- Exclusivity of Confirmation: Only the original creator/owner of an invoice possesses the authorization to confirm and mark an invoice as paid.
- Lanvars is not a banking institution or escrow agent and bears no financial liability for off-platform client transactions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lanvars makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lanvars and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Amendments and Inquiries
