OLUCHI REQUEST'S

OLUCHI'S REQUEST

A painful story of a little girl who lost her mother and suffered under her stepmother's care.

Chapter One: The Little Girl Who Lost Her Mother

Oluchi was a beautiful little girl who lived happily with her mother. Her mother was her best friend, her protector, and the only person who made her feel completely safe.

Whenever Oluchi cried, her mother would hold her close and whisper, "Don't worry, my daughter. Everything will be alright."

But life took a painful turn when Oluchi was still very young. Her mother became seriously ill, and despite everyone's prayers and efforts, she passed away.

Oluchi was too young to understand what death truly meant. She kept asking when her mother would return, but nobody had the courage to give her the answer she needed.

From that day, her childhood happiness changed.

Chapter Two: A New Woman in the House

After some years, Oluchi's father decided to marry another woman. He believed that having a new wife would bring happiness back into the family.

At first, the new woman pretended to love Oluchi. She smiled whenever her father was around and treated the little girl kindly in his presence.

But whenever her father left for work, everything changed.

The woman began treating Oluchi badly. She gave her endless household chores, shouted at her over little mistakes, and made her feel unwanted in the very house where she was supposed to feel safe.

Oluchi became responsible for many things that were too much for a child her age.

She would watch other children playing outside while she remained indoors, cleaning and doing chores.

Sometimes, she wondered what she had done to deserve such treatment.

Chapter Three: Tears Behind Closed Doors

Every night, Oluchi cried silently.

She missed her mother more than words could explain. She wished her mother were alive to comfort her, protect her, and remind her that she was loved.

Whenever her stepmother insulted her, Oluchi remembered the gentle voice of her mother.

She wanted to tell her father everything, but she was afraid he might not believe her because his wife always behaved differently whenever he was around.

So she kept her pain inside.

At school, her teachers noticed that the once-happy girl had become quiet. She no longer played with her friends as much as she used to.

But deep inside Oluchi was a dream: she wanted to become successful, independent, and someone who could help children going through similar experiences.

Chapter Four: A Girl With a Dream

Despite everything she was experiencing, Oluchi refused to give up on her future.

She understood that losing her mother was not her fault. She also knew that she did not deserve to be mistreated.

One day, she made a promise to herself:

"One day, I will tell my story. One day, people will understand what I went through. My past will not decide my future."

Oluchi's story was not just about pain. It was about courage, hope, and the strength to keep believing in a better tomorrow.

She had lost her mother, experienced cruelty in her own home, and faced challenges no child should have to face.

But her story was not over.

Oluchi was still writing her story, one chapter at a time.
