Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a young boy named Daniel. He came from a poor family, and life was never easy for him. His father was a farmer, while his mother sold food in the village market.
Despite their struggles, Daniel had a big dream. He wanted to become a successful person and change his family's situation.
Every morning, Daniel woke up early to prepare for school. Sometimes, he went to school without breakfast, and sometimes, he had no money for books or other school materials. However, he never allowed his situation to stop him from learning.
Some of his classmates laughed at him because of his old clothes and poor background. They often told him that he would never become successful. Daniel felt sad whenever he heard those words, but he refused to let them destroy his dreams.
One day, his teacher announced a scholarship examination. The winner would receive a full scholarship to study at one of the best schools in the country.
Daniel became excited and decided to participate. He studied very hard every night, using an old lantern because his family could not afford electricity.
When the examination day arrived, Daniel entered the examination hall with confidence. After several weeks, the results were announced.
To everyone's surprise, Daniel came first!
His teacher congratulated him, and his parents were filled with joy. Even the classmates who once laughed at him began to respect him.
Years later, Daniel became a successful engineer. He built a beautiful house for his parents and supported children from poor families by providing them with educational materials.
Whenever people asked him the secret of his success, he always replied:
