A Marriage Nobody Supported
One afternoon, while selling oranges by the roadside, she noticed a handsome young man sitting inside a broken-down car.
The man called her.
"Young lady, can you help me get some water?"
Amara quickly gave him her bottle of water.
"Thank you. What's your name?" he asked.
"My name is Amara."
"I'm Daniel."
They smiled at each other.
What Amara didn't know was that Daniel was one of the richest businessmen in the city. He had disguised himself as an ordinary man because he wanted to find someone who would love him for who he was, not for his money.
Weeks passed, and their friendship grew into love.
When Daniel finally proposed marriage, Amara couldn't believe her ears.
But when she introduced him to her family, everyone laughed.
"How can a poor girl like you marry a man like this?" her aunt shouted.
Amara simply smiled.
"i may be poor today, but my heart is rich."
She didn't know that her marriage would soon reveal a terrible secret.
