The next morning, Jessica woke up with one question on her mind.
Who was the mysterious man she had embarrassed in front of everyone?
She had no idea that the same man owned the company she was desperately trying to get a job in.
At exactly 9:00 a.m., her phone rang.
"Hello, is this Miss Jessica?" a strange voice asked.
"Yes. Who is this?"
"This is the CEO's office. You are expected at the company immediately."
Jessica froze.
The CEO?
She quickly dressed up and rushed out.
When she entered the office, her heart almost stopped.
Sitting behind the huge glass desk was the same man she had insulted the previous night.
He slowly raised his eyes and smiled.
"Good morning, Miss Jessica. I believe we have met before."
Jessica couldn't speak.
Then he dropped a document on the table.
"Before we discuss your job, there's something you need to know."
